Level 5 is for the swimmer who is looking to prepare for swim team!  Our Level 5 kids practice swimming in a lane with others, kick turns, stamina and endurance.  These lessons are generally 45 minutes long and 15 minutes of this are spent doing dry-land core strengthening exercises.  Lessons at this level may have up to four students as we prepare them for races and swimming with others in lane lines.  When your swimmer is ready, a tryout can be held to see which team they will qualify for!


 Level  5 is held only in Meridian at this time.
